Phase II of The Ritz Development
As a team of people Tilley and Barrett pride themselves on repeat clients as we see it as a true measure of quality in delivery. The initial demolition phase at 22 Arlington Street was delivered, and Toureen’s Contractor division secured the substructure and super structure package, which is ongoing.
Phase II of The Ritz development has also now been secured and is underway. This phase includes major demolition and remodification operations, which are in progress. These works are being undertaken within a live environment, and utilizes all of Tilley and Barrett’s strengths and expertise in detail, design, environmental impact, and drive to deliver the project to the highest standard. Other on-going works include major temporary works, dismantling, soft strip, remodification, and scaffolding.
